Addresses
Physical Address and Apartment number are combined for the mailing address
Prompt to "Use Physical as Mailing address" if physical address is added but the mailing address is blank
Community Service
When clicking view resource, it now automatically opens the selected resource detail
Contacts
Added ability to mark contacts notes as confidential so that only the original user and supervisors can view/update them.
Added distinct to the staff query so listing won't get duplicated as easily
Allow supervisors to remove confidential flag,
Display confidential warning to everyone regardless of whether or not they can see the comment
Description
Added Supervisor option (checkbox) and ability to select multiple supervisors for any user. Needed for Supervisor Approval (Programs) and Confidential (Contacts & Documents)
Last Case now works the same as the last case on the caseload screen. Will now show multiple case number that were filed on the same date.

Only active criminal codes can be saved
Documents

Probation Violations
New Screen for CMS 4.1
Can be used to track Probation Violations, Who Filed the PV, Filed Date, Associated Cases, and Probation Term(s) that were violated.

Provider pull-down added so same programs with the same name can be differentiated.
